Carton Characteristics / Carton Qualities:
On the cartoning machines all carton qualities as per DIN 53121 with paper weights of 250-500g/qm can be processed, also recycling qualities are applicable.
Dimensions and tolerances of the pre-glued carton should be according to DIN 55222.

 

<2>HORIZONTAL CARTONING MACHINE 

 2.1    SI 4/6/8 – UP TO 80 CARTONS/MIN:

At outputs of up to 80 cartons per minute, the SI 4/SI 6/SI 8 intermittent cartoning machines are the perfect supplement for appliances in the lower performance range.

The intermittent working principle is suitable for basic product feeding systems. Positive carton opening by levers and stationary counter suction (cups) and carton set-up kinematics.

The compact cartoning machine SC/SI 5 was specifically designed for applications in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry for low and medium machine outputs up to 100 respective, 200 cartons/min. The modular machine design allows an easy integration of additional functions and therefore guarantees the optimal adaption to changing packaging process requirements. Universal continuous motion cartoning machine primarily for applications in the health care and cosmetics industry with an output rate up to 450 cartons/min.
